**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and generate actionable insights.
- Manage and coach a team of junior data scientists, fostering an environment of growth and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design and optimize data pipelines for machine learning model development.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to understand large datasets' trends, variations, and patterns.
- Work with stakeholders from all parts of the organization to translate business needs into technical specifications and data-driven solutions.
- Lead initiatives to advance the team’s AI and machine learning capabilities, staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of analytical models by implementing robust validation frameworks.
- Mandatory Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with a strong focus on machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive modeling.
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL, and proficiency in using machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Ability to write high-quality, production-ready code and to implement best-in-class CI/CD practices.
- Solid understanding of data manipulation and analysis techniques.
- Good knowledge of MLOps.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS, and familiarity with data storage and processing technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership or management experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LLMs.
- Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Spark.
