**Operations Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**: Manage and oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
- **Inventory Control**:Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is available to meet customer demands while minimizing excess stock.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and negotiate favourable terms for procurement.
- **Transportation Management**: Efficiently plan and coordinate transportation for shipments, choosing the most cost-effective and reliable options.
- **Warehouse Management**: Supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch, to optimize space utilization and minimize operational errors.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high service standards and reduce discrepancies.
- **Cost controls** : Work on cost reduction strategies and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimize operations, and predict future trends.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards, including customs, environmental, and occupational safety requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in logistics, supply chain management, or any related field.
- **1-2 years of experience in logistics **or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry trends.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
