**What You Will Be Doing**
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP Logistics solutions within the organization's digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand logistics and supply chain requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for SAP Logistics implementation, including system architecture, integration, and best practices.
- Ensure SAP Logistics configurations comply with industry regulations and operational standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP MM, SD, WM, and EWM teams, to ensure seamless integration.
- Drive continuous improvements and system enhancements for better efficiency and performance.
- Lead testing, validation, and documentation efforts to support compliance and business continuity.

**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience in SAP, with a strong focus on SAP Logistics and related modules.
- Proven expertise in leading SAP Logistics implementations, including configuration, integration, and deployment.
- In-depth understanding of logistics and supply chain processes in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (MM, SD, WM, EWM, TM).
- Proficiency in SAP modules, including Warehouse Management (WM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Transportation Management (TM).
- Experience with regulatory compliance and logistics governance in SAP environments.
- Ability to lead and manage project teams, providing technical and strategic guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
