**Job role and responsibilities**:

- Outbound Call Executive contacts customers after receiving a Lead.
- They follow scripts while talking with customers and responding in a timely manner.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Excellent customer service skills and solid problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
- Identifying customers’ needs, researching customer issues, and providing prompt, clear solutions via phone calls.
- They will also document all customer interactions through a CRM system.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to build strong relationships are important for these executives.
- Keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
