**Job Title**: MIS executive

**Location**: Borivali west, Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management and Reporting**
- Develop and maintain trackers to monitor and manage various processes efficiently.
- Use Excel functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other formulas to organize and analyze data.
- Generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per business needs.

**Data Analytics**
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive dashboards and data visualizations to present findings clearly.

**Software and System Management**
- Work with software tools to ensure accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency.

**Documentation and Accuracy**
- Ensure data accuracy by regularly auditing and cleaning datasets.
- Maintain and organize documentation for easy reference and compliance.

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Coordinate with different teams to gather data and provide required insights.
- Present reports and insights effectively to stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, conditional formatting, advanced formulas).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 06-1 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, tracker maintenance, and data management.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Clear and concise communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
