- Adhere to company policies and procedures while assisting customers.
- Ensure compliance with any legal or regulatory requirements related to customer support activities.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the customer support function. Stay informed about industry best practices and customer support trends.

**Customer Advocacy**:

- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, representing the needs and concerns of customers to help improve overall customer satisfaction.

**Time Management**:

- Prioritize and manage time effectively to handle multiple customer inquiries and issues simultaneously.
