**Description**
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Nurses to join our medical practice. As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients while assisting the medical team in delivering exceptional healthcare services.
As a Nurse, you will be responsible for various tasks, including assessing patient conditions, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. You will also be expected to maintain accurate medical records, educate patients and their families about health conditions, and provide emotional support throughout the treatment process.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Compassion, empathy, and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential qualities for a Nurse. Additionally, you must have a strong attention to detail and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, their families, and the entire medical team.
**Responsibilities**
- Assessing patients' conditions and developing appropriate care plans
- Administering medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs
- Assisting physicians and other healthcare professionals in medical procedures
- Educating patients and their families about illnesses and treatment plans
- Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
- Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of patient care areas
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Valid professional nursing license
- Minimum [2] years of experience as a Nurse
- Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies calmly
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹46,932.93 per month
