**Job Title**: Senior Telecaller

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Zioline's digital marketing and IT services.
- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about our offerings.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
- Maintain and update client databases.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team performance.
- Resolve client inquiries and offer solutions in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or customer service representative, preferably in the IT or digital marketing industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is preferred.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in telecalling or sales.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience.
