**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble and fit mechanical parts (fans, ducts, impellers, chutes, etc.)
- Interpret technical drawings and install products on-site
- Visit client sites for market fittings, measurements, and adjustments
- Conduct basic welding, drilling, and grinding when necessary
- Ensure proper functioning after installation and address on-site corrections
- Coordinate with the supervisor and fabrication team for job completion
- Maintain tools and ensure safety standards during field work

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in industrial/market fitting work (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
- Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic machines
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors/on-site
- Must have a valid driving license (preferably with own bike for mobility)
- Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities

**Preferred but not mandatory**:

- Experience in fan, duct, or heavy fabrication industries
- Basic welding or fabrication knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,370.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
