**Job Title: Junior Architect - Intern**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with project managers to contribute to the design and development of architectural projects. You will have the opportunity to engage in all phases of the architectural process, from conceptual design to construction documentation. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and the chance to work on a diverse range of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Design Development**: Collaborate with seniors to develop design concepts and translate them into architectural drawings and models.
- **Drafting and Documentation**: Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations relevant to project requirements. Analyze site conditions and constraints.
- **Presentation Support**: Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings, design reviews, and public presentations.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design components.
- **Quality Control**: Review drawings and documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards and specifications.
- **Construction Support**: Support senior architects during the construction phase by responding to RFIs (Requests for Information), reviewing shop drawings, and conducting site visits as necessary.
- **Professional Development**: Stay abreast of current trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design. Pursue professional licensure and certifications as applicable.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
- Strong graphic and visualization skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous internship or work experience in an architectural firm is preferred.
