urgently hiring a telecaller for our company who will represent our company over calls to our prospect and clients & co-ordinate with our sales team to contribute in generating sales over phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Our tele representative must be an excellent communicator and have experience in dealing with complain & query over phone.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Handle all general calls for our company.

2. Co-ordinate with our sales team for their reporting & Query.

3. Answer questions about products or the company.

4. Enter & update customer information in the data base.

5. Keep records of calls and note all useful information.

6. Handle query & Complaint call with proper way.

**Skills**:1. Proven work experience as telecaller for minimum 2 year.

2. Excellent knowledge of local language and Hindi, English.

3. Good communication & problem solving skills over calls.

4. Ability to learn about products and describe /explain that to prospects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
