**Job Description: International Marketing Executive**

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Expansion**:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase export sales and penetrate new international markets.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective international clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales & Negotiation**:

- Prepare competitive proposals and quotations to secure orders.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis to track progress and recommend improvements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years in international marketing, preferably in fasteners or sheet metal components.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
