Ø To perform opening and closing procedures of therapy rooms.

Ø To arrange treatment room, treatment materials and drapes.

Ø To regularly monitor stock levels of oils, treatment materials and ensure maintenance of adequate stock levels at all the times.

Ø To be able to handle all massages and treatment related activities in a smooth manner and ensure safety of the patients/ clients in the therapy room.

Ø To provide individualised bodywork treatments that meet the clients/patients needs and expectations.

Ø Obtain basic medical history for a client, from consulting physician and perform treatment as per their instructions.

Ø Assess patient/client needs and inquire about contraindications like any allergies, high blood pressure and pregnancy before beginning the service.

Ø Maintain hospital and treatment room appearance/ cleanliness according to Standard Operating Procedures.

Ø Maintain knowledge of hours of operation, reservations, fees, treatments, products and merchandise as well as pertinent hospital information.

Ø Set up and organise workstation with designated supplies, forms and resource materials; report shortages to supervisor.

Ø Ensure maintenance of high standard of service throughout the hospital.

Ø Possess complete knowledge of correct maintenance and usage of equipment. Also, use equipment only as intended.

Ø Anticipate patient’s/ client's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all patients/ clients, at any given point of time.

Ø Maintain positive patient/client relations at all times and maintain client details and confidentiality.

Ø Try to resolve patient/client complaints, ensure patient/client satisfaction and inform the management about any incidents or patient/client complaints.

Ø Handle emergency procedures and report any accidents to your manager and security.

Ø Handle inappropriate patient/client behaviour as per the hospital’s Standard Operating Procedures for inappropriate conduct for patient/clients and therapists.

Ø Frequently check with patient/client to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service.

Ø Fill out necessary reports or data at the end of each session.

Ø Attend all scheduled meetings, classes and training sessions; knowledge required within the hospital must be passed on to co-workers.

Ø Assist other staff in folding of all linens used in treatment rooms.

Ø To prepare Potli afresh for all the therapies and ensure their readiness well in advance before commencement of therapy.

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
