Key Responsibilities:
Maintain customer relationships: Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services and products, and maintain regular communication to promote customer retention and referrals.

Develop and implement sales strategies: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, and identify new sales opportunities and potential partnerships to grow our customer base.

Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, and provide guidance to customers on our services and products.

Collaborate with other team members: Work closely with our marketing, operations, and management teams to ensure the smooth functioning of our business and to provide a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or dance industry, and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.

Results-driven mindset: A strong desire to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations, with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ability to work independently: Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet sales goals.

Knowledge of fitness and dance: A passion for fitness and dance, and an understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
