Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including compliance with tax laws and regulatory standards.
- Lead budgeting,strategy, financial analysis, cash flow management, and variance tracking.
- Manage accounting, collections, audits, and statutory reporting.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and vendors for funding and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory payments.
- Implement financial policies, process improvements, and business expansion strategies.
- Handle payroll, individual tax structures, and employee financial queries.
- Guide and mentor the finance team, aligning them with company objectives.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership (team strength 10 ), stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in financial modeling, cost management, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Tally 9.0 ERP+, and ERP-based accounting systems.

Work Details:

- Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday, All Sundays
- Appraisal Cycle: Yearly
- Reporting to leadership

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
