We are seeking a dynamic and driven **Business Development Associate** to join our growing EdTech team for the **US market**. As a BDA, you will be responsible for connecting with potential learners, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them through our product offerings to help them make informed decisions. This is a **high-performance, target-oriented role** ideal for individuals who thrive in sales and customer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct detailed counseling sessions to understand learners’ goals and suggest suitable courses/programs.
- Convert leads into enrollments by following up persistently and overcoming objections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue-based targets.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to align on student needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in EdTech sales, inside sales, or consultative selling.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts (aligned with US time zones).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and target-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
