**Job Summary**:
Bharat Ram Global School, Greater Noida is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst with a specialization in Data Science to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Analyst at our school, you will play a pivotal role in observing and collecting data from various activities within the school, and leveraging your analytical expertise to derive meaningful insights. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the improvement of educational processes and student performance through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
**Observations and Data Collection**: Participate in various activities and events within the school to observe and gather data. This may include classroom interactions, extracurricular activities, student behavior, and other aspects relevant to the educational environment.

**Data Visualization**: Create visually appealing and insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and parents.

**Process Enhancement**: Work closely with school teams to identify areas for process improvement based on data analysis. Recommend actionable strategies to enhance operational efficiency and student learning outcomes.

**Data Quality Assurance**:Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of the collected data through regular validation and verification processes.

**Collaborative Approach**: Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other team members to understand their data requirements and support them in their data-related needs.

**Data Privacy and Compliance**:Adhere to data privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education: MBA in any Stream**

**Experience**: Prior experience in data analysis, observation, or related roles is advantageous. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or exceptional skills in data analysis will also be considered.

**Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in Excel

**Observation Skills**: Keen observation skills to gather accurate and relevant data during school activities.

**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving educational environment and manage multiple data collection tasks effectively.

**Problem-Solving**:Strong problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and provide data-driven solutions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
