**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to recruitment metrics (e.g.,
sourcing, shortlisting, interview status, hiring trends).
- Coordinate with recruiters to gather data and ensure accuracy across systems.
- Develop and automate reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and/or MIS tools.
- Analyze recruitment data to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Create and maintain documentation related to MIS processes and recruitment reporting
SOPs.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all MIS operations.
- Support in managing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or CRM platforms used for
recruitment.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and propose process improvements.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts, Dashboards)
- Working knowledge of reporting tools (Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau - a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to handle large datasets and present insights in a clear format
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with recruitment lifecycle and basic HR operations preferred
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, HR, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles, preferably in a consulting or
recruitment setup
- Experience with ATS or recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) is an
advantage
Pay: ₹197,553.71 - ₹331,035.33 per year
