Maintain cordial relationship with all customers and shoppers, handle their questions and suggest the right products
- Manage a database of customers and communicate promotional mails, events and offers to the customers.
- identifying different skin types and suggest products as per their requirements.
- Giving product demonstrations and helping customers find products that meet their needs.
- Helping customers find solutions for all their skin and body care problems.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Ayurveda, Cosmetics, Skincare, Nutrition, Health industry is preferred. Good English, Hindi communication skills.
- Exceptional Customer service skills.
- Strong product knowledge of various skin and body care products.
- Tuesday-Sunday, 10:00 am
- 8:00 pm

Schedule:

- Morning shift
