**About the Role**:
We are looking for energetic and persuasive Tele Callers to join our Sales Team in Raebareli. Your primary role will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, promote our products/services, and generate quality leads for the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Promote company products/services and explain details clearly.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into potential sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound queries politely and efficiently.
- Maintain call records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification : (Graduation preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge.
