Stores & Purchase Officer

**Procurement Roles** like researching and evaluating vendors to compare pricing and services, Coordinating with suppliers to place orders and track deliveries, Preparing and processing purchase orders, Ensuring quality of procured items and addressing any problems.

**Inventory Management Roles** like handling customer enquiries, like Handle day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of items, Managing inventory to maintain minimum required quantities, ensure stock is always available and reordering supplies when needed. Managing inventory requisitions and ensuring materials are issued and received properly, with accurate records of inventory movements, Managing storage and dispatch of materials.

**Documentation and Record Keeping responsibilities** like preparing and maintaining documents for purchase activities, including purchase orders, receipts, and materials received records, dispatches etc., Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Key Skills**: An Engineering or Commerce Graduate, having **5-10 years’ experience** in combination role of **STORES & PURCHASE/ Supply Chain Management**, with Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and other departments. Familiarity with inventory management systems and software. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions about procurement and inventory. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for procurement and inventory management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
