- Job Title: Consultant - Business Development
- Address: Jaipur, Kolkata
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Working Duration: 8 hours plus a 30-minute lunch break (total duration 8.5 hours)
- Shift & Weekoff: Day Shift & Rotational Week off

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
★ Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric mindset

★ Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools

★ Ability to maintain a minimum of 2.5 hours of talk time during an 8.5-hour shift

**Roles & Responsibilities of Admission Counsellor/Sr. Admission Counsellor**

❖ Managing Leads: Convert leads into prospects by connecting with them via phone calls. Present

❖ Pitching Courses/Combo Deals to Customers: Introduce new courses and combo deals to

customers, offering discounts or seasonal promotions. Understand their educational needs and

requirements to provide tailored packages.
