- Communicates with Business Analyst to understand User Stories
- Reviews test procedures and creates / updates test cases in Zephyr Scale based on User Stories
- Communicates with Developers to understand how to test software features or functionality (as needed)
- Documents and evaluates test results
- Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors
