Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the holistic development of children.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and developmental stages.
- Incorporate play-based learning to encourage exploration and discovery.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Establish routines and procedures to support positive behavior and classroom management.
- Monitor and guide children's behavior, providing positive reinforcement and addressing any issues appropriately.
- **Student Assessment and Reporting**:

- Observe and assess children's progress and development regularly.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of each child's growth and achievements.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child's progress and any concerns.
- **Child Support and Engagement**:

- Provide individualized support to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that respects diversity and promotes social-emotional development.
- Encourage children to develop self-confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, ideas, and strategies.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure the health and safety of all children at all times.
- Follow all school policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and emergency preparedness.
- Administer basic first aid as needed and respond to emergencies promptly.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- State certification or licensure as a Pre-Primary Teacher (if required by the state).
- **Experience**:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
