Gym Receptionists make the clients of a gym feel welcome and complete a variety of front desk tasks, such as taking phone calls, answering to questions, handling correspondence, and keeping the reception area clean and well-organized.

**Common Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and checking in members and guests
- Answering phone inquiries and providing customer service
- Scheduling appointments and classes
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with membership sales and renewals
- Updating member information in the database
- Assisting with marketing and promotional activities
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting with the maintenance of gym equipment
- Assisting with the ordering of supplies and inventory
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues
- Providing general administrative support as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
