**Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver high-quality instructional materials and lesson plans tailored to adult learners.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard to facilitate course delivery and enhance student engagement.
- Provide academic advising and support to students, guiding them in their educational journey.
- Conduct research in relevant fields to stay current with educational practices and contribute to the academic body of knowledge.
- Mentor students, fostering their personal and professional growth through constructive feedback and guidance.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a respectful and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and program assessment initiatives.

- Strong background in adult education methodologies.
- Proficient in using Blackboard or similar LMS platforms for course management.
- Experience in higher education teaching with a focus on adult learners.
