Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Merchandiser to join our team. The Assistant Merchandiser will be responsible for supporting the Merchandising team in all aspects of the product development process, including product selection, vendor communication, and inventory management.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the Merchandising team in selecting products for the store

Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products

Maintain accurate inventory records and update as necessary

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities

Participate in the development of seasonal product strategies

Attend trade shows and market appointments as needed

Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure successful product launches

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience (HARD GOODS/HOME DÉCOR)
- Must be comfortable with costing and should have strong negotiable skills.

Strong organizational and communication skills with timely follow-upsmust

ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

ability to travel as needed

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
