- **Negotiation**:

- Negotiate terms of employment, including rates, working hours, and contract details.
- **Networking and Market Research**:

- Stay informed of industry trends and developments in the job market.
- Continuously evaluate new recruitment platforms and tools to streamline the recruiting process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in freelance recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of various freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with contract negotiations and freelance payment models.
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ability to assess technical skills (depending on industry focus).
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and software (Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
