Onit is looking to hire an experienced **R**eport writer** experienced with** Tableau and PowerBI, **and working with client requirements, understanding and translating them to efficient and stable reports and dashboards. Our list of over 200 customers includes a range of companies from AirBnB, Sequoia Capital, MGM, Reddi and Github. Our culture is focused on ownership, transparency, and community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards in Tableau/PowerBI (60:40)
- Ability to identify right data visualisation based on Business requirement.
- Perform and document data analysis, data validation and data mapping design
- Review and improve existing reports, dashboards, and analytics systems.
- Analyse source data and design solutions that provide high performance visuals in Tableau.
- Help optimise Tableau reports/dashboards performance on the server
- Ability to create client facing documentation and provide demo to the clients/stakeholders
- Communicate complex topics to the team through both written and oral communications
- Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and the project activities are completed within the assigned timelines

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Good Knowledge of different databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and Tableau / PowerBI repositories.(60:40)
- Good understanding of tableau data sources (Live vs Extract).
- Good understanding & expertise in analysing the data using SQL (PostgreSQL, mongo) and understand business requirements.
- Experience in creating consistent visualisation, dashboards, charts, and reports across the organisation
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Tableau or PowerBI dashboards
- Experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
- Good experience in multiple products like Tableau / PowerBI (Desktop and Web).
- Excellent analytical skills to analyse business needs and problem-solving skills to resolve the issues that appear during development.
