**Summary**:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior User Experience Designer to lead the design and development of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the user journey across web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless interaction and satisfaction.

**The Opportunity**:

- Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices.
- Create visual artifacts such as journey maps, personas, and storyboards.
- Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and technologies.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work across platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Axure, InVision, or Balsamiq.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX design.
