**Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation II Cold Calling - Call existing and potential customers to inform, convince and sell of the company products and services - Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business - Accurately record details of customers purchase orders and process customer purchases - Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance - Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and follow-up to ensure action has been taken
