**Roles and Responsibility**

1.Conduct career, guidance and counselling programmes,

2.Conduct workshops, capacity building programmes, organize industrial visit and guest-lectures at ITIs /Colleges

3. Conduct Job Fairs, apprenticeship drives, industry

4. Conduct registration / counselling dives for women and disadvantaged groups at Employment Exchanges in 4 regions of UT of Puducherry

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
