**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily gardening tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, watering, and pest control at different projects.
- Liaise with clients or property owners as necessary to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of gardeners.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss plans, progress, and any issues.
- Develop and maintain a weekly and monthly work schedule for the gardening team.
- Assign tasks based on priority, team skills, and project requirements.
- Ensure that all gardening equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Conduct regular inspections of projects to ensure work meets the required standards.
- Maintain records of work schedules, tasks completed, and any issues encountered.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the gardening team and upper management.
- Perform related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Horticulture or similar field
- Prior work experience of minimum 3 years as Horticulture Supervisor, Maintenance

Supervisor or similar role
- Solid knowledge of indoor & outdoor plants, plant care techniques, landscape maintenance practices, and pest management.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, with strong supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated, Target oriented, results
- driven, and enjoy working in team environment etc.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
