**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Engage with customers to provide information and resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure service consistency.
- Support sales and lead generation efforts by promoting products/services.
- Achieve call targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Escalate complex queries to the relevant department if required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

✔ Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
✔ Experience: Prior experience in a BPO, customer service, or telecalling role is a plus.
✔ Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi (regional languages are an advantage).
✔ Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and telecalling tools.
✔ Soft Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
