Roles and Responsibilities:
Upon your joining, you will go through an intensive training program where you will be taught counseling skills, and internal technical systems.

Once settled, you would be expected to counsel students on the phone or direct on the basis of the knowledge and training imparted to you at the time of onboarding for admissions.

You will have to convert the walk-ins into admissions after the counseling process.

You would be expected to maintain daily reports on the calls, walk-ins & admissions done (if any).

Tele calling potential prospects and databases.
