Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas within the resort You will supervise a team of housekeeping staff, enforce standards, and coordinate with other departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- **Laundry Operations**:

- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens, towels, and other têxtiles according to established procedures and standards.
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, ironing machines, and folding machines safely and efficiently.
- Inspect linens for stains, tears, or other damage and follow appropriate procedures for stain removal or repair.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor linen and uniform inventories and coordinate with the housekeeping and front office departments to ensure an adequate supply of clean linens and uniforms.
- Maintain accurate records of linen usage, inventory levels, and laundry activities.
- Report any shortages, damages, or maintenance issues to the Room Divisional Manager.
