We are seeking a Junior SEO Executive with at least 1 year of experience to support our SEO efforts and drive organic growth. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, data-driven professional passionate about search engine optimization and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic environment.

**Objectives of this Role**:

- Drive organic traffic and improve search rankings for our websites and client sites through effective SEO practices.
- Assist in developing SEO strategies that align with broader digital marketing goals.
- Provide support in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting SEO performance.
- Keep up with the latest industry trends to ensure that our SEO practices remain competitive and effective.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords relevant to our business and target audience.
- Optimize on-page content, meta tags, and descriptions to improve search engine rankings.
- Assist in link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
- Support the creation and maintenance of monthly SEO reports, providing insights on performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across websites.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of SEO concepts, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and link building.
- Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and popular SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development practices.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Relevant qualifications: MCA, MBA, BCA, MSc IT, BSc IT, BE, B.E (Comp.), or Diploma.
- Experience working in a digital agency or B2B environment.

**Benefits**:

- 10 paid festival leaves per year.
- 1 paid leave per month (after six months of successful employment).
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, with the 5th Saturday as a working day.
