**Social Media Marketing Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies and campaigns to meet business objectives and increase brand visibility.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content scheduling, community management, and responding to user inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct research on audience preferences, behaviors, and trends to optimize content and targeting strategies.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using various analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new social media platforms, and best practices to continuously improve social media marketing efforts.
- Implement paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize them for maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry professionals to leverage their networks for brand promotion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement and growth.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills, with an eye for creating compelling and shareable content.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and experience in executing paid campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and interact with a diverse audience.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A creative and innovative mindset, constantly seeking new ideas and strategies to optimize social media presence and performance.

**Salary**: From ₹180,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
