Plant Supervisor

**Position**: Plant Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Monitoring**:

- Oversee daily production processes, addressing process breakdowns, and resolving ongoing issues.
- Update and maintain daily production reports.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Participate in team meetings to discuss production status and challenges.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and define CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- **Process Improvement**:

- Recommend changes in workflow, operations, and equipment to enhance production efficiency.
- Schedule and ensure maintenance of safety interlocks for new project equipment.
- **Inventory and Scheduling**:

- Manage production schedules and maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.

**Required Experience**:

- **Polymer Expertise**:

- **Polypropylene**: Pre-coloured, Talc-filled, Unfilled, Glass-filled.
- **Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT)**: Pre-coloured, Talc-filled, Glass-filled, FR-filled.
- **Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)**: Pre-coloured, Unfilled, FR-filled.
- **Polyamide/Nylon**: Pre-coloured, Unfilled, Glass-filled.
- **Masterbatches**: White, Black, Additive, Colour, and Performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing production processes in a polymer manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with safety and maintenance protocols for production equipment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
