MS Teams expert who can conduct as Is studies of existing requirements, design future state solutions and help to transform the UCC solution around MS Teams.
- Experience in MS TEAMS calling plan / Operator Connect Enable per-user calling features Plan and design a Microsoft.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Dial Plans, Normalization Rules, routes, PSTN Usage, and Voice Policy and understanding of response groups, Call queue, Call Park, Auto Attendant, Dial by Extension, workflows, call routing methods and shared calling plans.
- Monitor Microsoft Teams Phone Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams clients and devices.
- Good to have experience of migration telephony solutions - i.e. Zoom / Cisco to MS TEAMS.
- Should have experience in Enterprise Voice, Conferencing solution & ability to interact with the client to understand business requirement which will be both functional and technical.
- Good knowledge of MS Teams.
- Should have fair understanding of Network basics, additional certifications in network stream would be beneficiary.
- Ability to work in large teams and manage project milestones.
- Ability to develop requirements based on client inputs.
- Excellent communications, presentation, and Problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge on Active Directory & Domain Services, Certificate Authority.
- Knowledge on Windows, PowerShell and PowerShell Scripting.

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-100, MS-101)
