Job Summary

Responsible for aligning business objectives with management in NPL. Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, culture, and competition. Work closely with management to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity.
There are new & emerging avenues to explore & expand our presence in Energy Sector viz., O&M & other allied Services, Solar energy, Biomass, Green Hydrogen, Ammonia Co-Firing, Carbon capture, Flexibilization etc. Recently, Nabha Technical Training Institute (NTTI) has been recognized under Central Electricity Authority as a Training Institute to impart training in the field of Thermal Energy. This has opened another window to expand our presence in the Indian Energy market.

To pursue the emerging opportunities, a need has been felt to consolidate our business development efforts under single leadership.
