**Your role in our mission**:

- Work with Business, Architects and System Analysts to fully understand the business requirements and translate them into Conceptual, Logical and Physical models.
- Deliver high quality normalized and/or star schema models that will address strategic vision and goals of the platform.
- Partner with development and QA teams to communicate the business rules, data models and ensure test cases target the quality and integrity of the data model.
- Participate in regular model reviews, provide constructive feedback that will lead to higher quality models.
- Maintain superior quality metadata across all models.
- Assists in providing time estimates for project-related tasks.

**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, business administration, information systems, or related field
- ** At least 8 years of Data Modelling experience, with minimum of 4 years in US healthcare**.
- Good in **Conceptual Model, Logical Model, Physical Model.**:

- Good in** **Data modelling tools like - **ERWIN**, ER Studio etc.
- Must have experience in interaction with business stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into data models.
- Excellent Analytical ability and business acumen to collect multiple sources of data and draw conclusions.

- ** HL7 / FHIR hands on exposure**:

- Strong SQL skills
- Looking for someone who takes ownership of the work assigned and believes that quality is result of intelligent effort.
- Presentation skills to present to management and customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
