**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Sign-in and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Ensure that all visitors follow company security protocols.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Assist with event planning and coordination (e.g., office meetings, team-building events).
- **Communication and Customer Service**:

- Provide information to clients, visitors, and callers, answering questions or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and vendors.
- **Clerical Tasks**:

- Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and databases.
- Assist in coordinating office activities and office-related errands as needed.
- Ensure that all reception and office areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- **Other duties as required by the office or management.**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: High school diploma required; additional certifications or training in office administration or customer service is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.

- Friendly, approachable, and personable.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Highly professional, with a polished appearance.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a corporate or hospitality environment.
