Job Title : Field Sales Executive
Qualification : Graduates & Post Graduates
Salary : 15000/- Per month (Incl. Petrol)

Key Responsibility:

- To create New Customer’s and develop sales strategies to increase sales.
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
- To achieve every month sales targets with payment collection through direct sales.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products.
- Mapping the all current market and finding potential Customer’s.
- Hardworking & Result Oriented having quality to convert conversation in final deals.
- To conduct site visits as per specified company norms.
- To effectively negotiate and finalize sales price and discounts with Customer’s.
- To ensure service quality in his respective area.
- To ensure availability of the latest samples at the point of sales.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- To submit a daily report with Management.
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
- Previous sales experiences are preferred.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills with Customers.
- An excellent communication and interpersonal skills with Customer’s in their local areas.
- Ability to build new Customer’s and maintains excellent relationships with them.
- Aggressive and self-motivated individual, eager to learn and grow.
