**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers & HR Manager to identify hiring needs
- Determine selection criteria, JD finalizations
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast and execute quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Handling complete recruitment cycle
- Vendor management of all agencies involved in hiring
- Background Verification of all new hires along with Hiring Managers
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree preferred in HRM.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Should have good communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical, multi-tasker and problem-solving skills
- Honest, ethical, and dependable
- Positive, go-getter attitude
- Expert stress management skills and the ability to make important decisions under pressure

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
