**Job Title**: Project Coordinator **Location**: Bongaigaon, Barpeta, Nalbari, Rangia, Tamulpur **Employment Type**: Full-time **Job Summary**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Conduct field visits to assess and monitor the implementation of the scheme. - Perform household surveys to collect necessary data for solar panel installation. - Carry out technical analysis of households for feasibility and installation planning. - Ensure accurate and timely data entry on the online portal. - Supervise and monitor the performance of field coordinators, ensuring smooth execution of tasks. - Assist in resolving technical and operational challenges during project implementation. - Maintain proper documentation and prepare regular reports for project progress updates. - Coordinate with government agencies, vendors, and stakeholders as needed. **Requirements**: - **Education**: Minimum Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in any field). **ITI in Electrical is an added advantage.**: - **Experience**: Prior experience in fieldwork, surveys, or technical project coordination is preferred. - **Skills**: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic technical knowledge related to electrical/solar energy. - Ability to manage and guide a team effectively. - **Other Requirements**: - **Two-wheeler is mandatory** for field visits (Valid driving license required). - Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary based on experience. - Travel allowances for field visits. - Opportunity to contribute to a major government initiative and gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector.
