**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspection and Testing**:Conduct rigorous inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished garments for compliance with quality standards.

Execute essential tests such as colorfastness, fabric strength, and dimensional stability.
- **Quality Control Procedures**:Develop and enforce robust quality control procedures across the production process.

Collaborate closely with production teams to identify and rectify quality issues promptly.
- **Documentation**:Maintain meticulous records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.

Generate comprehensive reports on quality performance, providing regular updates to management.
- **Training and Education**:Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and the significance of maintaining quality throughout production.

Stay abreast of industry best practices and disseminate relevant information to the team.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, design, supply chain) to address quality concerns and implement improvements.

Actively participate in meetings to discuss quality issues and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
