**Key Responsibilities**:

- Incorporate educational technology and digital resources to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Foster a love for literature and language by exposing students to a diverse range of literary genres, authors, and texts.
- Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, and creativity through the exploration and interpretation of literary works.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents/guardians, and school administrators to support the holistic development of students.
- Participate in professional development activities and stay updated on current trends and best practices in English language teaching and learning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience teaching English language and literature at the secondary level, preferably in a CBSE or similar educational setting.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the academic and personal development of students.
- Ability to create engaging and dynamic lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and digital resources for teaching and learning.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents/guardians.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and learning.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
