**Meet the Team***:
You will join the SASE, SD-WAN, and Routing team, working in close collaboration with colleagues across the APJC region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the India business while also gaining valuable exposure to diverse markets by learning from peers about their customers, partners, and challenges. This position provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to collective success while building cross-regional expertise.

**Your Impact***:
You will be responsible for leading SASE conversation with our customer and partners across commercial market in the country. You would be working to create pipeline for SDWAN & Routing business through MSP’s, Partners and internal teams.
- Help customers achieve business goals
- Create, progress and close SASE, SDWAN and Routing pipeline
- Enable and excite Cisco’s partner ecosystem and MSP’s
- You are someone who would collaborate and orchestrate with different teams in Cisco

- Background in similar OEM’s, working/worked with India MSP’s

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
