**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- As **Storage Technical lead**, you will focus on the **Storage landscape **for Kyndryl Infrastructure Services Clients and work constantly towards enhancing the **Reliability **of the estate.
- You will optimize the availability of IT infrastructure, systems and services constantly working on improving the reliability of the environment to meet the commitments IBM has made to its clients related to availability target levels in a cost-effective manner.
- You will use technical and client environment knowledge to assure services and components are designed and delivered to meet their availability targets.
- They provide a holistic view of the client's environment and make recommendations to improve overall service availability.
- You are required to specialize in reliability with the right mix of knowledge and skills in Storage, Operating system, Cloud Systems, responsible to analyze business needs, problem determination, advise on changes and maintenance of a well-engineered informationsystem

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Understand the lifecycle of infrastructure project (Design, Implement, Transition and Operation) In-depth understanding of Storage, Operating System, Network architecture and troubleshooting experience with the ability to analyze technical problems to prevent future occurrence.
- Strong Experience on Multi-Vendor Storage (IBM, HP, DELL, EMC, NetApp, Azure Block)
- Strong Experience on SAN Network (Cisco, IBM, Brocade, HP, Dell, EMC) Blade Chassis.
- Strong Experience on SAN, NAS, iSCSI
- Strong Experience on Storage Replication, Storage expansion, SAN Zoning
- Monitoring all the high availabilities and make storage replication in sync
- Strong Understanding on Operating System, Application, Database and Network integration
- Strong Experience on Troubleshooting on Performance issues on Server and Storage.
- Responsible to develop and maintain Availability Plans which prioritizes and plans IT availability.
- Monitor IT availability levels by comparing actual levels against targets and addressing shortfalls.
- System Thinking end-to-end - Broad understanding of enterprise architectures and complex (backend) systems (understand more than the component itself)
- Understanding of systems from a reliability perspective. Ability to root cause sources of instability in a high-traffic, distributed system.
- Passion for resolving reliability issues and identify strategies to mitigate going forward.
- Understanding and practical working experience of operating systems / hypervisor internals are familiar with the TCP/IP stack, network routing and load balancing. Experience with configuration and troubleshooting
- Perform multiple Technical roles related to the delivery
- Responsibilities include Participate as a Technical Leadership during the critical and Major incidents and Root cause.
- Proven experience in risk-based systems running on Several Server platforms along with OS clustering
- Demonstrated experience in handling day-to-day Server and operating system break-fix support, changes and Critical Client Impacting situations

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Desirable Certification of or course completion certification or equivalent work experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to write purchase

justifications, train users in complex topics, make presentations to aninternal audience, and interact positively with upper management
- Independent problem-solving, self-direction
